Mrs. Kessler, Team E Humanities teacher, is bringing back Middle School Speech & Debate Club!

Our goals for the club include |

• Enhancing Public Speaking Skills: Build confidence and poise while speaking in front of an audience.

• Mastering Persuasive Arguments: Learn to craft and deliver compelling arguments with clarity and logic.

• Critical Thinking and Teamwork: Practice analyzing topics, thinking on your feet, and collaborating with peers.

• Start Date: January 28

• Meeting Time: Tuesdays, 3:00–4:30 PM

• Cost: $140 for 10 sessions ($14/session), light snack included.

• Pick-Up: Students must be promptly picked up or attend Wolf Watch.

Important Note | This club is for students who are ready to work hard, participate, and grow their skills in debate. Misbehavior, lack of participation, or late pick-ups may result in removal from the club.

Dates | 1/28, 2/4, 2/25, 3/4, 3/11, 3/25, 4/1, 4/8, 4/15 with a debate showcase (families invited!) on 4/22, from 4:00 - 5:00.​
